Have you ever said something but were thinking something entirely different? Well this has happened to me quite a few times in my existence. And today someone asked me what year I was and I said "I'm a junior" Wait what? Where did that come from?!? "No that is entirely false, I am sorry I don't know where that came from. I am a freshman." I'm in a 300 course so maybe that is why I said junior and I was thinking she was a junior, but still it was weird. Do not worry mom, I am not ready to be that old yet :)
Of courses with a new semester comes fun nights on 2nd Old. After a quick swim, Sammy and I came just in time for a hilarious round of Fish Bowl. It's funny how when you live with people you can understand what they are trying to describe. The first round was like playing catch phrase, the second we were only allowed to use one word. Finally, the third round we were only allowed to use sounds. Describing Alaska using only sounds is really hard! My team dominated 56 to 52. oh yeah. Then of course we took hilarious pictures throughout the night. Oh, the joys of having a digital camera.
It will be a good semester I'm thinking. I can't believe it is already the end of our first week back!
