Hey There!

Welcome to my Blog :)
That's about all there is for this post. Nothing has much happened in the past week...
well except for:

  • Moving into my dorm room
  • Freshmen Orientation (A very LONG weekend)
  • Exploring the campus and the equestrian center
  • Starting classes
  • baking really yummy bread with some of my floor mates
  • Watching a couple of soccer games
  • Reading and homework
  • more classes
  • Swimming laps
  • Throw in a couple of chapels (actually 3. because we have chapel every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Some more reading.
  • Meeting hundreds of people and forgetting their names in 5 seconds
  • Floor dinners and a birthday surprise
  • Some more reading
  • Finishing my first week of College!!
  • And finally watching Did You Hear About the Morgans and eating homemade fudge with a couple of awesome people to forget the stress of the past week.
That pretty much sums up my week.
How is the college experience, people have been asking me. Well let me tell you. It is different, exciting, scary, bigger than my high school that was in the middle of a corn field. I know however, that I am where I am supposed to be.

My prayer for this year is this: That God will continue to write my story. That I willing follow the wonderful adventure He has made for me. Because anything that I could think of or plan is complete rubbish compared to the amazing journey He has for me. I pray that to everyone I come in contact with I will be able to be a light for my Savior and that I will be able to make a difference in someone's life.
Oh yeah. As well as, learning lots and not using the procrastination skills that I so finely obtained last year.

Thanks for reading me(so much for being a short post)!
Until the Californian Eskimo's next adventure in the great unknown :)

We're done for the week!! :)
